I know that many Zazzlers are getting into Polyvore. I guess it's too early to tell if it is worth the time, but it's kinda fun to create the sets.
I'm wondering if a Wizzley article could be linked to a set?
Is anyone here doing Polyvore? | |

I know a Zazzler who uses Polyvore for few months now and it is: a) nice source of traffic b) chance to get exposure and backlinks from some on-line stores with POD products I suppose it is worth its time:) |

Thanks Tolovaj for that info. I had fun on the site, but it's quite time-consuming. I plan to keep an eye on it. One more thing to learn..... @ ologsinquito, I will let you know what I discover. |

I was playing around with Polyvore tonight and it is fun, although I don't plan to spend too much time there. But it is interesting. |

I have found that it's easy to get stuck on the site. I had fun making a set today, but it took most of my morning, and I only had one Zazzle item in it! I haven't tried incorporating a Wizzley link, but I assume it would work by adding an image from a page. But most images that seem to work best don't have a background. |

I haven't yet tried Polyvore with articles, but there is no reason the thumbnail image would not work. This is a nice new idea, Pam, using it to promote groups of related articles, or an article and a group of zazzle (or other) products. Once you've done a few collages, it takes less and less time to put them together. |

It's my own fault it takes so long Sheri. I admit I could do a set much quicker, but I think incorporating interesting items along with Zazzle products may interest viewers more. The site seems to be very fashion oriented and I am not into fashion! |

Hi Sheri, thanks so much for telling us about Polyvore. I can really see the possibilities with Zazzle. Also, I did clip a couple of Wizzley articles as a test. Not all images work well on that site, but Allposters does. A little image pops up with a link back to your page. |

FYI Here is Sheri's page at Wizzley that will tell you how to do Polyvore. |

ryank: 06/08/2014 - 05:44 AM Polyvore is free. I haven't seen anything restricting what you can "clip to Polyvore" and the sets you make can be edited. Adding your own products is fine, but once you sell on eBay it would mean that the item link would no longer exist.. right? You could switch out the items as they sell I suppose. But I honestly don't know. I've only done a little on the Polyvore site. It's more of a place to play, for me. I don't have high hopes of selling much from it. |

ryank - There are some companies that advertise on Polyvore and it is used by many affiliate marketers, especially in fashion niches. Feel free to promote whatever products you want there. |

ryank: 06/08/2014 - 03:26 PM Hey, a new weight loss program! It sounds like Polyvore may be right for you then. Congrats on that new venture. |
