that you get better at with time? Or something that you can either do or not?
I'm just wondering... Is it like playing an instrument, where you can practice for years, but not get good because you're not a musical person?
What do you guys think?

It's definitely something that people can work on and improve on. Though I'd imagine that reading a lot helps with people's writing, especially if they can take influence from what they read while still maintaining their own original style. |

I've found that it gets easier with time. You fall into your own style and you know what modules are at your disposal. It used to take me much longer than it does now to faff with the formatting. My stuff: A Writer's Guide to Wizzley | Beautiful Britain!

There are definitely people who have natural talent, but they still have to work at it. Talent can be developed though. Yes, the more you practice the better you get. It's just like playing the piano. Brenda Reeves

Good advice from all of you! Especially about reading. Reading is helpful to everyone, it gives us a wider vocabulary and gets us used to structuring writing. |

Many people can become amazing writers. There are those types with book smarts and can write, those who are creative reaching a greater audience and those who are marketers, in today's online market making for a great content writer and yet anyone who enjoys writing can develop their craft. It's like anything else the more your work at it and or practice the better you get. I do feel you really should like anything to do it well. If you do the more you learn the ropes available to writers the better you will deliver your written material and enjoy better success. Katie McMurray
