Is Zazzle Showing Problems to Fellow Zazzlers Too?

Of late, i am finding it impossible to edit my zazzle categories nor am i able to add any category there. This is so frustrating and i really dont know what to do. I have contacted the support  but havent received any response. Please fellow zazzlers can anyone tell me if you too have any such issues or am i the only one?

I am not having a problem.  Zazzle closes down (somewhat) during the holiday time, so replies to shopkeepers may be delayed.

When editing and creating categories it can take up to 24 hours to see the changes.  You may just have to wait, and then things will be okay.

I've not had the categories thing, but I have noticed it's been very slow this week.  I've had a couple of days when the summary page was a massive row of zeros too, but it's always come back later on.

I'm feeling really positive about Zazzle this year. :D
