Edited since I can't delete...Grrr, actually not there yet - I made 50, but trashed 2, so I'm still at 48. Nevermind, I'll get to 50 in no time!

Woot! Congrats! And what a fabulous subject with which to reach your milestone. What's a blackbox module? My imagination is telling me that its a device through which, should the Good Ship Wizzley crash into an iceberg, we will be able to tell what Simon last coded to make it so. My imagination is invariably wrong on these matters. Good luck on reaching 100! The first fifty are always the hardest. It should be plain sailing from now on. Unless, of course, the blackbox is needed... Edit: Oh noes! Why did you trash two of them? Bring them back! My stuff: A Writer's Guide to Wizzley | Beautiful Britain!

Way to go Marcia and two more should be no problem. i am guessing the reference to the black box is the Squidoo module by that name rather than a Wizzley "flight" recorder :-) |

Thanks everyone! I'm really enjoying writing here, and somehow I feel like my creativity returned after taking a long hiatus what with writing nothing but sales lenses at Squidoo. I started to forget that I truly love writing, about any and every topic that I find fascinating! Yes, the blackbox is that little black (or any colored box), a square type box really that highlights just a few words you enter, or you can use it as a delimiter or a section starter. LOL Paul, I love it - Wizzley flight recorder! Still chuckling, awesome! |

Congratulations. I really like your article on how to buy good essential oils. There is a lot of confusion out there. |

This thread was too cute and struck me tonight... The "never mind" was great. But look at it this way...if you didn't have 48 to celebrate at some point, you'd never get to 50...so.... HAPPY 48 ARTICLES! In 2009 we sold everything and hit the road! Follow us on our blog at Cheap RV Living

Aww thanks :) I made my 49th lens yesterday on a serious and very dear topic to me (hypothyroidism) and today will be my 50, starting on it right away! Then I will come back and post that the thread is true, yay! |

Never really understood the concept of celebrating numbers that are divisible by ten (OK I know we have ten fingers and all that), so, getting to 48 is just as important as getting to 50 in my books (except that you have a larger cut of the action at 50, of course). On that basis let's continue to celebrate every milestone divisible by another number OR, for that matter (just so it is a little less often), every prime number milestone! On the basis, whoot! you reached 49 (which is a prime number). Your next celebration is therefore at 53. Much better, they come round much more often! But not too often! Https://chazfox.com/

LOL and I was just ready to announce my 50th page creation at Wizzley! Hm, now i'm tempted to wait until 53, but I think in the end I'll celebrate every single page I wrote! (not on the forum mind you, I don't want to flood ) Anyway for anyone wanting to check out my small milestone reached, it is a page about something I'm suffering from and I know quite a lot from experience *sigh*. I'm still not sure whether health related pages are allowed here, I hope they are because I'm really not selling anything shady, I'm just sharing my journey to recovery with what worked for me. Unfortunately this topic is so misunderstood, it's really scary. |

Congrats! Health related pages are allowed - or at least I hope so 'cos I've written some. Nothing can take the place of personal experience - but to be on the safe side, maybe it's worth stating that your article is not supposed to offer medical advice and that everyone should consult their doctor or medical team. Thanks, but I actually added a paragraph about it right at the bottom of my article, I felt safer doing it. But thanks for being on the same wavelength with me on this one! |

That's good advice humagaia. I always include a little "disclaimer" at the end of my health-related articles and many other writers do the same. |
