Need account checked

I have not been getting credit for clicks to Amazon, but can see quite a few click outs from wizzley.  This has been going on for months, so I got a new Amazon account just in case there was a problem with Amazon.  It was added on September 2, and still nothing is showing up on Amazon.  I show 18 click outs from here.  Can this be checked?  My old account worked fine when I joined, but it was lost to nexus, and I have not had success since getting my account back.  Thanks, I am certain it is just a glitch, and possibly on my end.

There's not much we can check on our end, blackspanielgallery. The code hasn't changed, and it's working as usual for us. Have you checked your settings over at VigLink? Maybe you have it set for them to re-affiliate existing affiliate links? If so, this needs to be unchecked for your own Amazon to work. Also keep in mind that our reports are based on server stats which are not that accurate when it comes to actual, human generated traffic.

In addition, we have generally seen a steady decline in our Amazon results. There are many new scenarios in which your affiliate cookie might get overwritten. Amazon Smile and Alexa are but a few that come to mind, and the fact that many people use proxies or ad blockers doesn't help either. Amazon also has made a lot of changes to the associates program in the last year. All this adds up to lower conversions and earnings for the average publisher.

Thanks.  I use both Amazon and Viglinks, but my Amazon uses Amazon modules, so it should no be going to Viglinks.  Is that correct?  I am under the impression the Amazon account supersedes Viglink when we use the module.
