Still Can't Create in Zazzle

I'm really getting frustrated. I still cannot create products because I can't resize the images. It has been 3-4 days now and no word from Zazzle. 

No one else is seeing an issue? Really?

I'm very frustrated.

Just to make sure: you're NOT opening the same browser tab, are you?

Have you deleted your cache, restarted your browser, then restarted Zazzle?

I've restarted computer 5 times. Restarted browser 7-9 times. cleared cache. I can do that again. and logged in and out of zazzle.

edit: cleared cache again. No change.

Just looking at Zazzle forum - that I'm signed into but can't post in, and there have been no new posts since Friday - at least on my screen. That just looks wrong.

I also see that there are no new posts since Friday in the zazzle forum. However, as I let you know, I made a new zazzle product yesterday without a hitch. I also posted on a zazzle fb group and someone told me she had a problem for awhile but that everything has been fine since.

If you want, would you let me sign into your account and try something myself and then you can change the password?

On Friday, Oct. 19th ematson posted in the basic proseller forum that they were going to "read-only mode" for the weekend.

That could explain your forum issue.

Also reading the forums (all of them) there seems to be issues of all types that are coming and going.  It might be just a temporary thing. 

Also, are you using the new interface to make products or the old one?  The new one is a bit different.  And I'm not sure if only certain people get to use it, or it's just for certain products, but designing in it is more of a challenge - for me anyway - anything new is.

I don't haven't had time to try to make anything today so I can't say if I am having trouble with images.

That would explain the forum thing. I didn't see anything about that. I didn't see anything about my issue though, but I didn't read everything. Wish they had a "help me, please" category like some places we know...

I haven't seen any new interface. Same one I've been using as far as I can tell. The problem is, when I grab one of the tabs to resize, it changes into a new box. Then sometimes the box "sticks' to the cursor and I can't get it to stay put. 

Sometimes I can get it to behave by using the "adjust to fill" option and then locking the item. But if I want to put text on top, it's hopeless. Even after selecting the text it jumps back to selecting the background. 

Wondering if Chome has anything to do with it. I've been using it for some weeks now without a problem.

I broke down and started up IE. That seemed to have fixed the Zazzle problem. I want to go back to Modzilla but it has been verifying forever....

It was a major hassle getting Firefox back but I did it. And that fixed the problem. I should have done that sooner. Sigh 

And I found the announcement about the forum being read only for the weekend. That explains that.

Thanks everyone for putting up with me. I do get frustrated when our wonderful technology doesn't work the way it should.

O dear. Now the problem I had with Modzilla is back. I get a Babylon search page popping up randomly instead of the page I am on. Especially bad with FB.

I was creating on Zazzle last night, which included the need to resize (although I use the fill option). I wasn't having any issues. 

Hope you work out what's going on and get it settled :)

Sounds like you have some kind of malware or adware on your computer. You could check if this page applies to you and follow the steps to remove it:

Thanks. I did do that and there's nothing there that shows up. It's behaving at the moment. Keep your fingers crossed.

Glad you got it fixed Lana, I get so stressed when the computer makes me try to decipher it. 

I repel technology.

It is very nice to have a place to ask for help - even if it's not at the place you really need to find help.  Zazzle has become way too big and ditto, the forum.

You are so right.

But in fairness, when I got around to reading their notice, they were moving the offices this past weekend. That could explain why they didn't answer anyone. They could have made it more obvious though. O well. I seem to be back with all systems working.
