After trying three different browsers, three different computers, clearing my cache and cookies and disabling my ad blocker, all with getting the same message from google, I have given up. :(
Abby, to help you further, you will need to post screenshots here so that we can see exactly what is happening or you need to give a person you trust temporary access to both your Google and your Wizzley account, SY

I'd add the screenshots but when the image thingy says add image URL but how can I add the file?
BTW, I still am getting the same message that I posted yesterday.

For posting on the forums, it's best to host your image somewhere else on the internet and then use that link to include it in your post. I personally use imgur.com.
As for the message, if you mean the "URL must not have a path" message, that means you can't use any URL that has a / in. For example, www.wizzley.com contains no paths, but www.wizzley.com/forum does.
I believe Google have changed it so that you need your own domain to apply for Adsense? I'm not entirely sure, but the help FAQ here on Wizzley answers it.
As for "We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are unable to process your request at this time. Our engineers have been notified of this problem and will work to resolve it.", there's nothing you can do about this error, it's their problem, not yours. Just keep trying every now and again and hopefully it'll go through at some point.

Thank you. Hopefully adsense fixes whatever their problem is.

Good grief, what is taking Google so long.

Yes, you need to find somebody you trust and give them your Wizzley and Adsense login details to have a look, SY

Or, as was mentioned before, provide screenshots of the dilemma.

No, it wasn't, but you used BBC code instead of html, here the properly formatted link to your Screenshot.
In that screen you need to add wizzley.com, SY

Yes I use it on hubpages blogger and YouTube. When I put wizzley.com in there I get that error message. I've got to submit wizzley as a site to run adsense on but it keeps telling me there's an error

I don't think you must add wizzley anywhere in your Adsense account. Your pub-ID is already working for other sites, so a simple entering of your ID in your Wizzley settings should suffice.
I think you might be confusing this earning set-up with a tracking set-up. Unless you set up a tracking URL and enter it in the correct space in your Wizzley settings, you won't actually see what part of your earnings comes from your Wizzley articles. But earning you will, regardless.
Could you post a screenshot of that particular page, from which you conclude that you're not getting any earnings from Wizzley?
