Yesterday I clicked on the first favorite author link sent to my inbox which took me to a list of related pages, not the article highlighted. It happened again today.

I believe that happens when an article's no longer available due to it being reverted to a draft or removed for revisions. I do think perhaps a notification saying this would be helpful! |

That's correct Paul: Instead of showing a non-informative 404 page, we provide a list of similar articles. But you're right of course: we should place a message on top of that! I put it on our todo list. Thanks! |

okay i wondered as they were new releases, so its new articles the author pulls from publication for one reason or another.... Cool got it, thanks guys. Katie McMurray

Katie - articles by new authors are shown under "NEW", even if they haven't been approved yet. Once we get around to checking out these pages, we may send them back for corrections, or reject them. That's when they disappear - some of them forever, others until corrections have been made and approved.
