I want to have two accounts on pinterest- one solely for my beautycare blog on blogger and the other for my writings on wizzley, hubpages etc. I am seeing that though my beauty care account is getting lots of repins and thus traffic, not even a single repin occurs on my other account, Perhaps it means it is not being seen even? Is that so? I have created several boards like christmas, pregnancy, halloween so i am very much specific there but still no repins on one account. Does it mean i can just have one account? Is the ip address being tracked?

Help me, please!

Are you active on both accounts? I am not talking about your pins but following people, being followed, repinning and otherwise participating on other users' accounts. I am sure an IP should not limit you. Hope this helps. |

I have two accounts but they have different e-mail addresses. If you don't get pins it is probably as Tolovaj has said - be active. Go and follow and re-pin from others. As with most social online sites, you must contribute and be active to be seen. I am only guessing that this is your problem, but I know it's true for my boards. |

@Tolovaj @Dustytoes Thanks a lot for your response, perhaps that might be the reason, since i am more active on one of the accounts than on the other. However i have different email accounts for both of them. I was wondering this only because most of the time when i pin an image it also shows "Also Pinned to"..i,e yet another similar board. But in case of my other account it is not happening. When ever i pin it just gets pinned to my board only. This is in a way limiting my pins reach. Apart from this, no one was pinning the posts. But as both of you said, it is a relief to me that i can have two accounts. |

I think it only shows "also pinned to" when you re-pin someone's item. If you pin a new item it won't do that, because it's new. Maybe you know that, but I thought I'd mention it. |
