I'm just curious. I still have some pages where the comments are not being counted. If they don't affect the page rank then it doesn't really matter.

I really don't know, Ragtimelil. But I know in the past I've netted a bit of traffic because of the comments, extra search terms are added. And I suppose, if nothing else, it shows Google that users are engaging with the content. |

My counter has been off for almost 3 weeks now. It seems to miss the first 2 comments and then kicks in after that. I'm getting very discouraged. Lana or LIl aka Ragtimelil RagtimeLil's Store on Weebly

So the comments are counted correctly from the third comment on? Is that correct? That would be really helpful to know ...

Might be that the first 2 comments are not counted. My lowest-ranking page is at 23%, and that's with 2 comments, 1 like, and 50 total visitors. |

My article on the brilliant film cloud atlas is at rank 1... now I could see that as sucking but I choose to see that as the number 1 wizzle on wizzley! woot!- no? ok. The movie JUST came out though... |

Okay, I've just found a bug, that may have been responsible for the miscounting! All comment numbers *should* now be correct and I couldn't spot any wrong numbers so far. |
