I'm not aware of one - though of course there's your referral link and wizzley's ad image if that's of use? |

Can you hard-code HTML, Brenda? If so, I can give you the code to do this. It's just basic RSS. And everyone else, yes I know my website is looking a little dated. Don't judge me. It was great for the time it was coded. Paul tells me quite regularly that the 1990s have called to say they want their web design back. I do plan on up-dating it sometime this century. I mean beyond shoving a home-made Wizzley RSS widget on it. My stuff: A Writer's Guide to Wizzley | Beautiful Britain!

Have you tried our Widget Builder? http://wizzley.com/service/widgets/ It pulls up articles from either a topic or an author. The links automatically include your referral code (if you're logged in while generating the code). SEO Praxis: Specializing in WordPress Hosting and Small Business Web Design.

It's been so long since I put that in, that I'd forgotten how I did it. Looking at your Widget builder and my code, I must have used that. Thanks! My stuff: A Writer's Guide to Wizzley | Beautiful Britain!

Is there anyway to make the widget narrower? If so, how can I do that? |

This widget is great, but did you get it to work on wordpress.com, Brenda? |

Yes, but it doesn't look like wordpress.com. Maybe I should have done wordpress.org after all. Well, never too late to try! |

Thank you everybody. I'll try the widget. I've been spending the day troubleshooting on my website and baking peanut butter cookies. There's ice on the ground and the cupboard is bare, but I scraped together enough stuff to make cookies. Brenda Reeves

Great, Brenda! :) Janet, Wordpress.com has its plusses. I take it there's no indexing under .org as it is under .com -- that builds traffic. I'll do this for a while and then get started on .org as well. But you're right, .com leaves little means to make money without the affiliate links (although I can use text links from Amazon). But I have to say it's quite a lot of fun. |

Mira, you're right, it is a lot of fun. I couldn't find a free WP that I like, so I bought one from Studio Press. The think with the free themes is that you don't get any updates on it; whereas you do on the purchased themes. Brenda Reeves

That's a very good point, Brenda! I'll have to look at all the Wordpress.org business soon. In the meantime, I wish you good luck and let us know when your blog is up and running! |

Brenda, I just found this on Wizzley! If that does answer all of your questions, do I get a peanut cookie? :p My stuff: A Writer's Guide to Wizzley | Beautiful Britain!
