Perhaps it's just me, but about half the time when I search for Zazzle products, I find the right product, but when I save the module, the name of the product appears in German. It doesn't particularly bother me, but it might be confusing for readers who don't speak German.

It just started happening to me as well. Perhaps Simon can tell us what's going on. |

Simon, here is the page I was just working on. The bottom three products are in German. https://wizzley.com/country-bridal-shower-invitations-with-cowboy-boots/ |

That is totally bizarre. I will attempt to find the person to complain to. Thank you Simon. |

I did just email their help desk. We'll see if they respond. |

When I pull in Zazzle products for my own sites, everything is fine. So I don't think it's my IP address. Simon do you think it could be the European versions of Wizzley that are confusing things? I know next to nothing about how all this works, so I could be way out in left field. Don't mean to be insulting. |

Hmmmm. It gets curiouser. When I do a keyword search to fill a Zazzle capsule it gives me the American listing, using the item number still returns the German version. I hope they answer, as I am out of ideas. |

So here's my workaround. I find the product that I want to include and then I use the keyword search options. To get the specific product I want I use the title of the product. However, if it has a dimension such as 5" x 7", I have found I have to take that portion out. |

Great minds think alike, Simon. I tried searching for the product number as well. I guess if we want to promote our own products, we will have to make sure that they have unique titles. I had to resort to using titles plus tags for some of the bridal shower invitations I just added. |

Simon I have heard back from Zazzle. They don't seem to get our capsule method. This is what they suggested.

Simon I understand. I don't understand why it's only affecting Wizzley. I don't have this problem on my own sites. I am going to my sister's house tomorrow and I'm going to see if Zazzle still thinks I need German. I will also continue to work with Zazzle, to see if I can make them get it. |

Simon: 06/22/2015 - 02:47 AM I always use the number to pull in products and don't like using the general keyword search. Every new item I add to any article links back to the German Zazzle site. The older placed products are still okay and go the .com Zazzle. This is very frustrating no matter whose fault it is. I can't use the Z module at all now. |

It is very frustrating, when so many products are named the same thing. I have had to use the desginer designation. Sometimes I can't pull in the best product, so I have to go with another one by the same designer. When I design my own products, I'll be very unique in the title so it works. |

I'm having trouble adding zazzle products today? Anyone else? Also if we add a direct link to a search on Zazzle, do we share in the revenue with Wizzley via Vigilinks? |
