How does the feed work? Or have I misunderstood something?

There's a little orange goodie with stripes that indicates a feed or something. How does that work? I've never understood feeds as they have never worked for me.

Can someone help me please?

I use the feed from my Wizzley pages and add it to my WordPress blogs in the sidebar using the "feed" widget.

If you write at WP you can add it like this:

http://wizzley.com/feeds/latest_by_user/yournamehere

And Jo's page is very helpful.

Jo, I've read this stuff many times and spent long hours trying to get feeds to work, but they never did. What I was hoping was that someone would explain to me how to set them up. I also still don't understand how they work. Is it just a subscription?
