How to de-index articles from Bing?

Hi all,

Does anybody know how to go about getting articles de-indexed from Bing? The only information I can find thus far is that they can be deindexed via Bing webmaster tools, yet, I cannot use webmaster tools because I don't own the site (they are hubs) Any ideas would be gratefully received.
