definitely :) I always say things like this that happen (good or bad outcome) always lend us a lesson of some sort- perhaps one that will save a much bigger potential loss later (i.e. if the sun fires a solar flair and wipes wizzley's servers *smiles* on December 24, 2012 haha). Thanks again Han (and chef) you guys rock.
p.s. I was recording a wizzley tutorial (full blown one over 2 hours I gotta widdle down to 10 minutes), what really made me laugh pretty hard was not 60 seconds after the video recording was done and started rendering did the site go into "out to lunch for maintenance" mode (blue screen of wizzley)... your timing was perfect (as was mine apparently), one more minute and I'd of been in trouble... do you guys do this maintenance at a specific time?
I ask because I'd like to be prepared if I'm recording videos or working on projects/wizzles and just not be on at that time or around that time (I often work graveyard/swing and I noticed it seems to happen like clockwork around 1-4am pacific standard time (not sure where your located/the server). May be a good idea to create an alert for people if it's a timed thing so people don't start projects and possibly lose work (cause we all love that scenario don't we)...
Have a good day/night!

Hi Dustytoes, your page http://wizzley.com/little-christmas-gifts-personalized-ornaments/ is restored. Just have a look in your account.
Thank you Hans, when I click this link it looks wonderful --- but when I go to edit the page - it is not restored. ???
EDIT: - oh I see, it has a new name. Should I just delete the other page then?
Thanks for your hard work.

That happened with one of mine, I changed the title in the correct version so he just added the old version along side the version that was in my acct post server issue. I think it's to make sure nothing was overwritten... One of mine has twice the modules in it which include both the new updated mods (that were missing) and the old ones- it's just a matter of deleting the old ones and keeping the new ones. I bet those guys were stressing like long tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs today!

Thanks Hans for getting some of my stuff restored quickly - great service. Unfortunately it seems that one of my published pages has totally disappeared.
It seems the stuff that disappeared after the first server outage has been restored but after the brief outage earlier has gone?

I was getting confused! I answered some comments on Wednesday morning, now my responses are missing!
But it's all good. I'm just responding again. Good to realise I'm not going insane here!

The other day I created a page on Girls Dress Up Cakes and Cupcakes. It wasn't finished, so I did not publish it. I just noticed now that it is no longer on my dashboard. Can you look into this for me to see if you can find it? Thanks.

I passed this on to Simon and Hans, Janet. Sorry about that.

Please be patient with us, Janet. It appears to be something that only Hans can attempt to fix, but he is on a brief vacation trip. Simon's trying to reach him on the phone.

Janet, we're so sorry. Apparently, you and one other author had been working on your articles exactly during those minutes when we had to reinstall our back-up version. Unfortunately, your page got lost in the process and we have no way of recovering it. Please accept our apologies.
