Keyword Problem

This is the third time I've run into this problem. The keywords that I need are all rated high in Google adsense. Any suggestions on what I should do?

Go for them, if you refer to 'high' in the Google Adsense / Adwords tool, that means there are lot of advertisers for them, meaning valuable ads could be displayed on your article. Easiest way to determine competition is doing a search in speech / quotation marks for your "keyword phrase" <<< like this ;-) The lower the number, the better, hope that helps ;-)

What I sometimes do when the competition for the keywords is too heavy, is to feed the phrase into Google search. Then I look at the recommendations it give. The longer phrases they recommend to refine the search usually has less competition, while still being in the same niche.
