Optimizing a Page for Local Search | |

Is there a simple way to do some sort of on-page optimization so that it ranks better or shows up more frequently in local searches? For example, I have been thinking that perhaps I can include a map of my business location, or perhaps link the page to Google Places or similar services. If there is an off-site resource that I can read, that will be great too. Thank you in advance.

"Optimizing for local search" brings up quite a few search results from authority sites. I would start there. Achim "Chef Keem" Thiemermann is the co-founder of a pretty cool new platform called...um...er...oh, yeah - Wizzley.com.
