First, the good news. My August PVs were by far the highest since I've joined Wizzley.
Now the bad news. My Adsense revenue for August was the lowest since I joined Wizzley. In fact, it was zero. Beginning to wonder whether this is worth it.

I was wondering if it was just me, since this is the lowest Adsense by far that I've earned since joining Wizzley and another platform that uses Adsense. But I also haven't been a very active writer recently and was wondering if that was the main problem. I think I need to focus mostly on product reviews using affiliate links, because Adsense is just pennies for me right now. I'm wondering if Chitika is doing any better. -edited to add -- my PV took a downward turn a couple months ago, again probably because I haven't been very active in creating new content or updating old content. Sorry, what's PV? And yes, Adsense doesn't work for me either. It does seem to work for some people, though. And I did notice some topics get more clicks than others. |

Adsense only works if you keep fresh updated US-centric content *sour look, I'm UK-centric and I don't have the time to provide regular content*. I'm trying Chitika, although the rate of my articles at the moment, I'm unlikely to earn much there either... Described by one of my clients as 'a literary grammarian', writing, researching and reading are requirements for sanity, at least this side of the keyboard.
