Referrals not being counted

I brought this up before when someone I sent here to sign up didn't show up in my referrals list- I had another person sign up and again they too didn't show up in my list- this is a bit disarming, I don't want to keep sending people here if I'm not going to get credit for them signing up. This person I just signed up had cleared her cookies and had never signed up (or heard of) at Wizzley before- there's no reason she didn't show up- I handed her my affiliate link, she clicked it and signed up. Is there a glitch in the matrix?

I noticed she didn't show up but figured I'd give it a few hours before making a fuss.

Is she a user here now?  Did she show up here at Wizzley and not as your referral.  That happened to me before, I think human error, and yet the staff credited me.  All was worked out fine, rest assured.

probably, your users had their cookies/history deleted or maybe they switched their browser or computer before signing up. Just let us know who it was and we'll assign them manually to your accounts. Send us a note :)

I've had a couple like this.  I thought I'd done something wrong with the link.  I know that the last one was going to PM Chef Keem, which is how we usually get around it.  He hasn't shown up yet though.

Maybe he didn't see the message or something. You can also send it to me and I'll fix it.
