Hello,
I am wondering if someone might be able to advise me about a strange Google Analytics reporting problem I am experiencing regarding wizzley.com.
I have had an Adsense account for a number of years. So to set up Adsense with my Wizzley account, I just: -- copied the my Google Publisher ID into the Google Adsense ID box in my Wizzley settings on wizzley.com
-- created a Custom Channel in my Google Adsense account and copied the ID number for that into the Google Adsense Channel box in my Wizzley settings on wizzley.com.
My problem is as follows: (A) when I log into my Google Adsense account, I see page views being reported on the Custom Channels page -- no problem there. (B) when I log into my Google Analytics account and go to View Reports for wizzley.com, I see Visits, Page Views, Bounce Rates, etc. all being reported for each of my article pages on Wizzley - so no problem there either.
But when I go to Content > Adsense, there are no Adsense Unit Impressions or Adsense Page Impressions being reported.
Futhermore, when I go to Content > Adsense > Top Adsense Content, it says: "There is no data for this view".
Similarly, when I go to Content > Adsense > Top Adsense Referrers, it says: "There is no data for this view".
The situation as just described has been the same for several weeks. I do not necessarily expect any clicks or revenue at this stage of my Wizzley article publishing, but cannot see why there is "no data" in above-described sections. Can any of you please suggest what the problem may be? :)
Thanks, David

David, have you made Wizzley.com your primary domain. Analytics can only track adsense earnings from one site automatically (That is the primary domain), for other sites, we need to insert the html snippet it gives us.
Since we can't insert any html code on Wizzley, it would be better if you make Wizzley.com your primary domain.

Thank you, Natasha. I will try that.
Unfortunately, before I can do that (making wizzley.com the primary domain in my Google Analytics account settings), I will have to add HTML code snippets to the thousands of pages of my domain that I had previously set as the primary domain and whose pages therefore did not need the HTML code snippets.
I wonder: if I did *not* make wizzley.com the primary domain in my Google Analytics account, would my Google Adsense account still be credited for earnings from clicks on the Adsense ads in my Wizzley articles?

The answer to your final question is 'Yes'. I have the same situation as yourself, and I get clicks which show on my Adsense (but not in my analytics).

David, you just need to add the html snippet on the homepage of your domain(Preferrably in the header file if you are using wordpress). No need to add it to every page.

If your site runs on Wordpress you can use a plugin like wp insert (free) to add this kind of code ;-)
