Hi there -  Apologies if this topic has already been covered. Can anyone advise me.

I have a few articles which are London-centred, i.e. tours, etc.  Therefore

(1)  will Vigilink links to Amazon.co.uk work?  (I have removed my Amazon US affiliate link from my Wizzley settings).

(2) Is it a good idea to link to Amazon uk for these articles?  I felt I was more likely to have a UK-based sale for these, but not sure. Also, if I do get a click on the link it could get on a UK reader's nerves to be sent to a US site.

Thanks - Ooooh, my brain hurts!  Yell

Kath

PS:   (3)   Does the Vigilink work for the UK Amazon Modules?   Thanks guys xxx

Yes, links to amazon.co.uk are picked up by Viglink.

There is no clear-cut recommendation whether you should direct your traffic to the UK or US site. If you want to cover all bases you might want to include both destinations and marking them clearly as "For UK visitors" and "For US visitors". Just be aware that there might be products that aren't available on both sites.

Thank you for that reply nightowl!   That's good to know that the system is so flexible.  So would the actual link itself be marked "For UK Visitors", "for US visitors" etc.  Sorry if this is a silly question - I've never had to do this sort of thing before.

Thanks, Kath

OK - I think I've worked it out!   The penny just dropped.

Shuffles off sheepishly to sort out article links etc.!

Smile   Cheers, Kath
