Viglink questions - I am clueless

I signed up with Viglink through Wizzley a couple years ago, but I haven't done much with it.  Two or three of my pages have gotten clicks that are reported by Viglink, and I have earned a few cents here and there for a total of $6.00.   But I have not seen any payment.   Supposedly Viglink pays out each month no matter what the balance is, correct?   But checking my PayPal account, I've never been paid.  $6 is no big loss, but if I want to do more with Viglink, I want to make sure I'm paid. 

How do I figure out if I've set Viglink up correctly?   I feel clueless here.  I tried going to Viglink support online, but it comes back with "this connection is untrusted".   I seem to remember that when I first set up Viglink and tried to link it to PayPal, my PayPal account was compromised.   It may have been a coincident, but I'm wary about it.

How is Viglink working out for you?

There is no minimum payment requirement, so you should have received a payment through paypal. Their support is excellent, you can file a ticket.I have usually heard back within a few hours when I submit one.
