This isn't so much me asking for help, as giving a head's up.
If you click the 'support' link at the bottom of every Wizzley page, you get a pop up suggesting that you search the forum first for a fast answer. Yeah, great! Send them over, we'll see what we can do to sort them out.
But if that search finds nothing, there's no way to actually get onto the support page. LOL
Was that intentional?
I'm taking it as a compliment to the helpfulness of our forum that no-one's highlighted this to date!

I think they are saying, "go away and leave us alone"..
KIDDING! I see what you are saying Jo. I have contacted support before but can't remember how I did it.

I know, it's a bit unconventional, but considering the small size of our admin team and the huge heart of our helpful community, we thought this to be a good first step to get support. That way, other members can benefit from the answers, too.
However, our contact emails are listed under "Imprint".

Ah, it's all good, as far as I can see. We tend to be able to answer most things, and it's not like the entire Wizzley team isn't in the forums 24/7 too.
That said, I demand support right now! I would like that support to take the form of a nice dram of single malt whisky and a cake please. <3
