Won't publish?

I just wrote my first article and when I try to publish it it says it must start with a text or image module...

I have my title at the top. the intro, and then a photo. I tried moving the photo up and it won't go up any further. What does this mean and how do I fix it? I'd rather leave the photo where it is, but what do I need at the top instead of the title and intro?

You have placed a flickr module on top. Please try using our image module (you can give credit and link back to the original location from within the module settings), or insert your image in the text module.
