Thanks Girls, It really does work. I have so many other tips and tricks to share once I get around to it. I understand the struggle to be healthy and maintain a low desired weight. People look at me and don't realize my challenges, I'm thin and many assume I am so naturally.
I have a confession. I had thyroid cancer. I've had my entire thyroid removed. For ten years I fought the battle of living without the medication they give patients without a thyroid, as I refused to be dependent on a medication for life.
I researched my brains out to find something to replace my thyroid function and well the coconut oil is my cure. Plus I needed to address the issue of weight gain, the coconut oil teamed with the flax seed was the solution that worked.
I in NO way suggest anyone take the route I've taken, medication is very powerful and useful step to treat many conditions, I just have a unique mindset. I'm a insane naturalist, to a fault. My flaw!
Thanks Janet for sharing this, I'm honored. I would add this method is near and dear to me as its literally saved my life as I once knew it. Along the way I realized if I can maintain a low body weight with my lack of thyroid function, anyone should be able to do it.

Note: When it comes to making any changes it takes time, be patient with yourself, keep coming back to this method and one day it will be a habit. It works and so day by day stick to it until you develop the habit. I've learned its beneficial to dabble in it but works effectively for weight loss and maintenance if you stick to it developing a daily routine. You will do it.
