Hey Josh, I am one of the poor souls that have been trying to figure out the whole Facebook timeline thing.

Shoot in fact, I have yet to figure out how to make the switch. Let alone edit the page content. If there is a try it now, or something button the thing escapes me. I guess I will simply wait until Facebook makes the big switch. Then worry about how to work around whatever changes rear their ugly heads.

As for your e-book idea, you just may have a winner there!
