Can I re-apply to Amazon having once been turned down

Hi fellow wizzlies,

Amazon turned me down when I applied (I think after about 12 pages) but didn't give a reason for so doing.  My page number have now increased and I'm hoping to keep this up (once my house move is settled and I'm installed at a new desk) but as I've only signed up with Chitika I feel it's going to take a long time to make any money (so far zilch!).  Amazon seems to be the one that works best for most people.  Any ideas?

You can also look into doing Viglink - but it has to be Amazon or Viglink.
