Five Things I like about Wizzley....

What I like...

1)  It is simple, easy to use, and in the same time provide a lot of functionality

2)  It is also easy to update, we don't need re-publish, it is doing automaticaly when "save" the changes, this makes a lot of sense to me, and save time for us

3)  The response time on pregrammers part is very short, this improves productivity

4)  It is a platform which was designed with the people needs in mind

So I am here for one week and I feel comfortable, I still have things to polish and experiment, but it is OK, actually it is fun... LOL

Regards and a warm thanks to all of you

Only 5? LOL

Okay, my favorites are:

  1. Love the notices in the top header bar
  2. The layout options and being able to move things around. This has a lot to do with how long a reader stays on a page. Some white space is a good thing -- perception is it won't take as long to read.
  3. How FAAASSSTT my pages are being indexed! Lovin' this!
  4. The Forum button with "New Topics" makes it so much easier not to miss anything.
  5. The ease of use. It is all very simple to figure out (and if not, Chef has a video!) The WYSIWYG editor and the ability to switch to html when I want. Reminds me of my Joomla site.

After only a week and 5 pages published, I am still very excited about writing more! The ideas are flowing, wish I had the time...

Actually, I haven't found anything I don't like about Wizzley. I can tell a lot of thought went into the design and use. Thanks for a wonderful new venue!

Thank you, Michey and Mandee. So very kind of you.

Here's another little video on resizing and moving the modules:

Five MORE things I love about Wizzley!

1. Being able to upload multiple images per module from my own computer without having to host them externally! YES! And being able to manipulate them after uploading. (This is my favorite thing to love!)

2. The integration of the front page with the forum. Very nice!

3. The search box for category topics. SO helpful!

4. The amazing responsiveness of the Wizzley team! I realize that as the site gets bigger this may become more difficult to keep up with, but the willingness to listen and respond is so great!

5. The variety of ways to look at featured pages: new pages, most comments, most popular, best by topic, etc.

I have yet to post an article (I tend to take new things slowly to avoid making more mistakes than I must) but in my exploration I have seen some really cool stuff.

1) Wizzley pages look professional, like the Internet presence of a newspaper or magazine.

2) We are called authors, a term that is accurate, respectful, and professional.

3) The creators of Wizzley are here and fully engaged.

4) The built-in text editor is wonderful; I won't have to bother with HTML if I don't want to so I can just focus on writing.

5) I feel I will never need to worry about the company my writing is keeping when I post it on Wizzley.  The practices in place will prevent our writing from ever appearing next to utter garbage, plagiarism, and spam.
