I know most of us know about this, but it's something I often forget to do. If you find that your Wizzley is not indexed (or not getting indexed quickly enough), you can always use one of the ping services to help it along. One that I use is Pingoat, but there are many others available. I often use this for Squidoo lenses too once I have made a major update to a lens. Hope this is useful.

The one I like best is Pingler which pings something like 89 different services |

To me, "ping your wizzley" sounds like something you hear when you try to "write" your name in the snow and then hit an icy spot. But maybe that's just me. Achim "Chef Keem" Thiemermann is the co-founder of a pretty cool new platform called...um...er...oh, yeah - Wizzley.com.

The thing is, the search engines indexed many or our pages within hours, without pinging. They are so fast nowadays that I wonder if it's even necessary to ping. Might be an interesting topic for a "scientific" experiment.

The speed of indexing is comming from the new concept of Google Caffeine algorithm, but this doesn't mean that we don't have to use all methods we know to help indexing. Personaly I Ping, and use keyords. What I am not doing yet is to write a personal name for "comments". title. But I'll correct this. Catch in time the big wave of Web 3.0 and change your life forever:

Got to agree with you. Still trying to separate wizzing from Wizzley. Maybe if I think of it more as being Wizzardly (magical) that would help. :) The doctor of the future will give no medicine but will interest his patients in the care of the human frame, in diet and in the cause and prevention of disease.

To be honest I am keeping it very simple - that's me all over! I create pages on Wizzley which is where I am an author Sometimes I think we feel like we have to call them something different when just sticking with the original names of online activity makes us unique |
