how about offering medium?

I like the amazon gallery feature, however, sometimes I like to spotlight just one product there.  When I do that neither the small or big look right.  How about adding a choice of medium? ;)

Let's see what Simon sez tomorrow, Janet. Them Germans are sleeping right now.

Hopefully.  Laughing

When I use the gallery option, I put two capsules next to each other - that makes the picture a good size and you can have text on the left. Or have you tried that?

Yes, I have done that.  I was just hoping to have the option of spotlighting one product.

Even if they can just make the 'big' image smaller, that would work.  I just can't see anyone using an image that large on their page.   It would be ideal of one of the options was the same size as the images in the text modules.

Look through some of our pages, Janet. You'll be surprised how many authors use the large size. It's a real good way to spotlight a product, if you don't feature too many of them on a page.

You could also place a medium-size product image into a text module (without aff-link), and then set it next to an Amazon module with a small image and an edited, unique description. Doesn't look too bad, either.

However, I'm still trying to reach our German developers to find out what we can do. Might be tomorrow before I get an answer.

I personally love the big size - it's in your face and you can make it look like it's not an Amazon product, two things I think which are more likely to make people click.

Not to  be difficult. But I've already written some Wizzles with the large Amazon image. If you resize it, will it affect my layout. It took a while to get the text and image capsules to line up.

I don't think such a change would affect existing ads. But I'll ask Simon, just to be sure.

Simon sez: if we adjust the size options within the Amazon module, it will NOT change anything on existing pages.

Calm. Down.
