The Wizzley Times

I have been using paper.li for longer than I care to remember for promotion - so many of you will be familiar with the Squidoo Daily - well now it has been joined by The Wizzley Times which will be published on a daily basis!

So if you use Twitter make sure that you include the hashtag #wizzley on your tweets

Hi Paul,

How does this work? I've seen your .li papers and other's papers but never have understood how they work.

Do you have to tweet a link and add "#wizzley" to the tweet? Does anything with that hashtag get listed on your paper? Maybe there's a lens or Wizzley article explaining this and I've just not read it.

You can set them up various different ways over at paper.li - I have some of them (Squidoo and Wizzley ones) set to pick up anything in the previous 24 hours that has the #hashtag #wizzley in  or obviously #squidoo for the Squidoo one. So yes your tweet has to have the appropriate #hashtag in to get picked up and promoted

MiMi (Growwear) has one that picks up anything that has the #hashtag #newlens in the tweet as another example

You can also set them up by user - so you could have your own paper if you asked it to collate all your tweets into a newspaper - and there are various other options that I can't remember off the top of my head

I also have Wizzley Headlines, which is set to pick up the #wizzley hashtag - more dofollow backlinks from various sources, which is great for all of us because the actual Tweets on Twitter are nofollow.

Seems that great minds think alike I created The Wizzley Express (using the #wizzley) about 3 weeks ago. These papers really help in getting the word out.
