Fujifilm T550 Digital Camera

I prefer having a camera rather than taking pictures with my phone but I don't need anything too sophisticated, a small camera with a few functions and reasonably priced is what I was looking to buy.

Thank goodness for the internet and online shopping. I shopped online for cameras, comparing prices, product capabilities and read dozens of reviews. I wanted something that is easy to use, not too complicated yet would give me some advanced functions that I didn’t have with my other camera. I don’t need a highly technical camera since most of my photos are for personal use and posting in online articles and blogs. Last but not least was cost. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money!

The camera that met all the criteria is this Fujifilm FinePix T550. I take it everywhere I go! It’s small and slim so it easily fits in my purse and the palm of my hand.

Actually, I think I’m spending way too much time with it but every time I use it I find a feature that I hadn’t seen before. Here are a few of the functions on my Fujifilm T550:

• Zoom lens to 12x
• Built-in cropping tool
• Takes photos in black and white
• Panorama photos in 3 consecutive shots
• Takes still photos of moving objects
• Slow shutter speed for nighttime photos
• Two images shot continuously with and without flash
• Video with sound
• and so much more!

Pictures come out clear and sharp in any environment because there is a shooting mode for just about any situation. It’s all done with the push of a button.

This is a video that I made with my Fujifilm camera.  It was a very windy day and I had a hard time standing still but I had to get these two little owls before they flew away.
