We have the atheists and scientists pointing out that the Ouija phenomenon is nothing but an ideomotor effect while puritans and paranormal researchers claim the inefficiency of science for explaining it incorrectly. Indeed science and technology are yet to exemplify the power of human mind and its extra-ordinary perceptions like intuition or sixth sense, including many paranormal events.
Have I encountered any circumstances that explain unruly behaviour?
Yes and No.
Many years back I came across a similar thing like an Ouija board. My sister in law and her friend made it themselves. It was a small piece of paper with some symbols penned on it and a match stick that could perform the nuances of the game. We sat in a quiet room and began summoning the spirits.
I was an atheist and could not believe what was happening, to my astonishment the matchstick started moving on the paper by itself. We asked few questions and got the answers, some of them have come true - we verified later. Of course, we asked relatively harmless questions and did not have a shocking or horrifying experience; however; I would often wonder what was it that made the matchstick move on its own.
Recent stories and experiences from many have confirmed my belief that there are spirits and ghosts that dwell in planes that can be above or below the human existence planes. The angels live in astral planes above the humans in hierarchy and the demeaning, unbecoming souls might be on lower, different planes. The Ouija boards are acting as baits or the gateways and for some people who are prone to such mental encounters the scary experiences may be real.

Did you have any experience with Ouija Board that you will like to share!
It's helpful to have your list of ouija board game-playing protocols. In particular, it's noteworthy that, at the end, one should courteously but firmly dismiss the ouija board-summoned presences.
It sounds like one person hosts the ouija board game and must follow -- and make sure that others do likewise -- the above-mentioned protocols to make sure that nothing scary happens.
Would bad presences invade the ouija board game and provoke evil or mischief if one of the participants foolishly, recklessly, suddenly, unexpectedly indicated that he/she -- even though alerted by the host to not doing so? -- had had enough of the hide-and-seek of such presences and wanted to see them?

Hi BrendaReeves - I have a feeling that the Devil does not show all the times. Also he meets only the gullibles to deceive them, he does not like to encounter the "Good" and the "Saints". He fears the "Almighty"and his followers.

I've never played with a Quija board, but have always wanted to. At the same time, I'm a skeptic, but have an inkling of concern that I might conjure up an evil spirit.
I do believe there is a good and evil force in the world. Like Frank, I feel there's a lot we don't know.
Hi cmonneyspinner - I can't agree with you more. You cannot be both on Devil and God's side - you have to choose between them.
@frankbeswick - An eternal spiritual mistake is to believe that you can serve two masters. You can't. You gotta choose. It's God or the Ouija board. You either believe in God OR the Ouija board. The Ouija board is a thing created by man. God created everything!
So what if it would be an intellectual mistake is to say that we know all the beings that there in the world. Can't control the Ouija board? Throw it the fire. It should be able to control itself. Intellectual versus Eternal? I'm going with Eternal.

A great intellectual mistake is to say that we know all the beings that there in the world. I do not make this claim, as I am aware that there are realities that I do not fully understand and which I cannot control.There are beings other than the material ones with which we are familar. I do not have the ability to understand or control what is happening with the ouija board.
"Resist the devil and he will flee from you. Draw near to God and He will draw nearer to you." I resist evil by drawing the line and staying as close to God as I can!

Dear cmoneyspinner and frankbeswick - I see an interesting chain of thoughts here. I used to pride myself as atheist and a strong person with scientific tastes. But all my thoughts disappeared after seeing this board move on its own. I guess, there are stronger players from a part of the world that is alien and they may not be so friendly; after all.
