katiem2, Thank you for the presentation on stopping aging, illness and stress. So much hinges on how, as one of Aaron Eckhardt's characters says, one turns life's lemons into lemonade. In particular, I like the reminders from your article about dealing with dehydration, stress and toxins: "The cause of so much disease, premature aging and poor physical health is the over load of toxins, nutritional deficiencies and stress." So yes, I'm making changing, particularly in regard to making sure that I detoxify and, since I usually veer toward half that amount, that I drink those 8 to 10 glasses of water.

Yes, my latest supplement is for the eyes - called AREDS2 - please wear your sunglasses or you can end up with AMD (age related macular degeneration) take that Leutine!

I have always been food conscious, and eat well, and use creams, and thankful that I look well at 62, but know that age will eventually catch up, and I'm going to accept it when it does...I hope :-)
