I use natural ingredients for my face like "multani mitti" (mud) and cucumber, papaya, honey for face masks. Eating veggies and fruits ensure that I get nutrients which keep my healthy too. Whether I can reverse the aging process or not - keeping it in the present condition is good enough for me.

I'm not sure if you can stop the aging process but it is certain in our own hands to slow it down and we are definitely in control of how young we feel. I guess looking and feeling young go hand in hand. You have listed 10 simple points to make it happen. The two biggest ones for me are stop eating processed foods and stop drink soda pop. I now use honey instead of sugar and I haven't had a drink of soda pop since April. Add it all up and I've lost 11 pounds without even trying. Regular exercise and good food choices and I feel GREAT.

Well, truthfully I do not know that you can stop it, but you can slow it down. I have used wrinkle repair for many years now, and people say that I do not look my age. But, using a lot of moisturizer will also clog pores. One must read the label for this feature. Great article Kathie

Yes, my latest supplement is for the eyes - called AREDS2 - please wear your sunglasses or you can end up with AMD (age related macular degeneration) take that Leutine!

I try to use natural ingredients wherever possible. I have heard people who make fruits and veggies an essential part of the diet look younger and stay like that longer. I do believe in the tips you have provided in the article and practice most of it.

I have always been food conscious, and eat well, and use creams, and thankful that I look well at 62, but know that age will eventually catch up, and I'm going to accept it when it does...I hope :-)
