1940 Fords For Sale

by pawpaw

1940 was the year before the U.S. entered WWII. The cars that were produced in 1940, are still pretty cool to look at even today. Especially the 1940 Fords.

Here you will find 1940 Fords for sale, parts, and other things that might interest a person who likes 40 Fords. I'll also include lots of great photos, and a couple of videos.

If you are a fan of Fords, or a fan of 1940 Fords in particular, you will probably really enjoy what you will see here. Included will be both cars and trucks.

I'm a Fan of Fords From the 40s

I like the look of Fords from the 40s, but I especially like the looks of the 1940 Cars and Pickups.

Just take a look at some of the cars and trucks below, and if you don't agree, then I don't know what to say. They are just cool looking to me, and I don't care whether it is a car or a truck.

If I could find just the right one at just the right price, I would be a buyer for sure. Not only are they stylish in their appearance, but cars and trucks back then were built so solidly, without all that plastic, rubber, and aluminum.

Everybody has their own taste, but to me, it doesn't matter whether these Ford are painted in a bright color, or black, they still look cool.

1940 Pickups

I guess maybe it is the front end, but these pickups, would all look great in my driveway. With a killer paint job, a 40 Ford Pickup, is sure to be noticed by everybody who is not legally blind.

Restoration, or Buy Someone Else's Work

Many people enjoy working on cars, but have never actually been involved in a restoration project. There is not much more satisfying than finding an old rusty car, and turning it into a shining like new total restoration.

There are some things to consider before tackling a project like that though. There are 3 things you will need a lot of, if you are tackling a big restoration job.

Those things are patience, money, and time. If you are short of any, you might want to reconsider starting a project. One other thing to consider, is space. A full restoration can sometimes take years, so you will need a place to store your car or truck, when you aren't working on it.
