Old English Lake District Traditional Recipes
It will be hard for me to choose which of these to try first, but the Tattie Scones and Havver Bread at competing. I've never seen recipes quite like these before. I lot of our baking in the US has roots on the continent, at least in this area.

I saw lots of wild turkeys when I lived in New Hampshire. Certain times of year they were more prevalent. The babies and big males, strutting with all their feathers up, were my favorite. Your photos are wonderful!
