I agree with this. It is a way people have of making money in real estate - buying with a mortgage and the rent pays off the mortgage and, depending on the payback schedule, leaves a little aside each month as well.

I am with you! Cooking from scratch is much less expensive, eliminates preservatives and chemicals and is fun. I am super busy but find time to cook from scratch. Once one has a stocked pantry and fridge, it is possible for almost anyone. Thanks ...
