That's the way to do it Frank. Real experience can't be beat and makes the story genuine. Emma Cownie, the artist, has mentioned the Gower coastline and Mumbles and also Swansea. Her paintings are beautiful and full of color.

The advice about being prepared to turn back is vitally important, for pressing on unwisely beyond your capacity can be dangerous for health and safety. Mountaineering of all kinds is the art of going safely in dangerous places.

I enjoyed the plant sale, but the best experience was taking families with small children to see the tadpoles in my pond and the bees feeding on flowers. For these children this is a very enjoyable experience.
