Hi, I'm Mack - I'd consider myself an avid runner though I don't plan on doing any marathons any time soon. I love the endorphin rush, feeling the wind in my hair and looking to be in the best shape of my life. Still working on that last part. :) Due to past injuries, I enjoy elliptical machines more than running, but try to get out in when my knees aren't acting up too much.
