Inspired by the social constraints surrounding her as a young child in Tel Aviv, Tali began painting at the age of ten. Tali studied art, history, and creation in Tel Aviv before moving to New York where she and her twin sister lived for four years. After moving to Los Angeles, she studied privately for four years under a professor, at the Bezalel Academy of Art.
