I'm not a fan of single function appliances in the kitchen, except for fire extinguishers, so you can imagine how elated I was to find this multi-functional little gem. As an added bonus, it takes up about as much counter space as a coffee maker. This egg and muffin toaster is perfect for small kitchens or studio apartments. You can prepare toast, eggs and ham all in one place without using a frying pan or griddle, making clean-up a cinch.

Eggs cooked any way you like, scrambled, soft or hard boiled, poached. It'll toast bread, muffins or bagels. There's a warming tray for pre-cooked meat, tomato or pineapple slices. You can make your own breakfast sandwich in about four minutes or better yet, Eggs Benedict.
Of course it has light and dark settings, a crumb tray that slides out, automatic shut-off, defrost setting for frozen bagels and hidden cord storage.
There are two warming trays for cooked meats and sliced fruits and vegetables. All of the trays stack allowing everything to cook at the same time. The basket holds up to 8 eggs for hard or soft boiling.

This smaller version does everything the large one does but takes up less space. It's a two slice toaster and cooks one egg at a time. You can hard or soft boil four eggs at once. This small toaster is great for anyone living alone or if your family staggers their breakfast schedules because of work or school hours.

There is absolutely no need to go to a fast food outlet for your favorite breakfast sandwich. Make your own in 5 minutes with this tiny sandwich maker by Hamilton Beach. Assemble the base of your sandwich in the bottom section then break the egg on the plate to cook and close the lid. This one has an audible timer to alert you when the sandwich is ready. Makes one or two sandwiches. If you're really short on space there's also a smaller sandwich maker that makes only one sandwich at a time. These are great for small kitchens or dorm rooms.
Removable parts make cleanup a snap, they can go into the dishwasher or just hand wash. Recipe book included.

It's too late for me, since we just replaced our old toaster and we also have the Hamilton Beach breakfast sandwich maker. But this is a great idea, and I wish I'd seen it first! Sharing!
