Need help from computer wiz

This tool bar called incredibar popped up on my computer over-riding the FF toolbar. I went into the computer panel and removed it, but it's still there. How do I get rid of this thing?

I got rid of it, or I should say I hid it. Now how do I restore my FF tabs. I guess I go into FF to do it.

I take that back. I didn't get rid of it.

Can you check for me whether the toolbar is present in Internet Explorer also?
