We're having a heat wave in BC right now, too.
This recipe is healthy and refreshing. You do have to cook the quinoa on the stovetop, but you eat it cold.

That Quinoa Black Bean Salad is a definite must make for me. I have not tried quinoa, but I will now.

It's 80 degrees here. This isn't right. I'm in BRITAIN. Make it go away.

I'd die.
I think my cold might have broken though. But for the two articles I've written here, I've spent most of the last three days flat on my back in (well on) bed. I think I might survive after all.

Jo, How do people in England survive with so little sunshine? Don't they get depressed. I have seasonal affective disorder (SAD). I have to have sun everyday or else I'm a depressed couch potato.

What Chaz said, plus cups of tea.
I'm much better today. At least I was until I got a migraine. But that's gone too now. I think I'm finally hale and healthy! Time to go and abuse my body some more...
