I see walmart is coded yellow meaning some programs or locations are allowed.  I requested approval over a month ago, and nothing has happened yet.  So, does anyone know what is apprved, o are we supposed to hope for the best?  Thanks.

Wal-Mart is another very tricky affiliate program to work with. I would go to their main affiliate page and read up on the terms and conditions. They used to have a list of products that they would not pay commissions on and this list would change without warning. I got so frustrated, I stopped using them. That was a few years ago, so perhaps it's more affiliate friendly these days. Contact their affiliate team with questions about the approval process

I thought signing up for VigLink through Wizzley meant all the vendors were automatically affiliated, except those that do not list a commission amount.  At least that's how I understand this:  https://wizzley.com/viglink/

Please let me know if I'm wrong.

I think that was true when Viglink began. However, Viglink has to respond to the needs of the merchants. For a while affiliates were using Viglink and Skimlinks as workarounds for being tossed out of programs because they were in nexus states. Amazon and others programs decided that this was unacceptable and putting their tax status at stake.

Some affiliate programs were unhappy with the quality of the sites that Viglink was allowing to carry their products and demanded more review of individual sites. Other programs insist that you own the website that you are putting their products on. Others require a certain level of traffic. There are plenty more requirements that Viglink has to respond to .

As these individual requirements have emerged, it has been more challenging to work with these aggregators. However, I still use them on my own affiliate sites extensively and they are much easier than dealing with hundreds of individual programs (which I do as well.)
