How do I tell if my links are nofollow or follow?

I was just wondering how I would know this, I'm a little less than smart , no seriously I really have no idea about the nofollow and follow thing, I don't even know what it means nevermind if my pages are nofollow or follow...Thanks in advance for the great information I know I'll receive from here...
