Wizzley is taking a long time to do anything for me. But i'm not having that problem anywhere else. Is this Wizzley-related? Anyone else having a similar problem?

Can you define what you mean by "doing anything", Vikk? Is your browser updated? Have you emptied your cache and restartet your browser? These things help with improving your loading speed, if that's what you mean. Wizzley itself is very lean and quick. Achim "Chef Keem" Thiemermann is the co-founder of a pretty cool new platform called...um...er...oh, yeah - Wizzley.com.

Vikk, as The Chef says, have you cleaned your cache lately? I did mine this morning having not done it for a few days and cleared 173 mb of temporary files off my PC. And it is all those temp files that slow the PC down. I just happen to have made a page about this on Squidoo - not got round to making one on here yet so I hope it is Ok if I leave the link. It tells you all about speeding up your PC and there's a link to a free download on one of the programs I use, which does the trick for me: http://www.squidoo.com/slow_pc

Sometimes the Transmission in Progress dialogue box hangs for a while for me. But it eventually will load the editor. I think it may just be hickups in my connection. |

I get that hang too, Jimmie, but it seems that clicking again or even refreshing the page makes it load quicker than just waiting for it to unhang. Carma aka tandemonimom

I'll do the cache thing but wouldn't that impact every place I visited? I did have a few hang-ups when I was working on my page. Find me at Vikk Simmons On Squidoo and Online & Down the Writer's Path.

I've found Wizzley to be slow, I've been blaming the fact that I'm using IE to access it as I access my other sites with Chrome. For some reason I can't log in to Wizzley with Chrome (and yes I've done all the usual things - clear cache, reboot etc). I find it slow to log in (although not always), adding new modules to pages and opening up different sections of the forum. |

FYI, I have been using Chrome. I've been able to log in. Weird. Find me at Vikk Simmons On Squidoo and Online & Down the Writer's Path.

Wizzley is running on a so called V-Server. That means, the server shares his power with other applications running there. So sometimes there can be little bottlenecks, but most of the time the server is running well :-) My Tip: Public domain images on Pixabay.com :-)

Just to clarify: I don't find it slow at all, just occasional "hangs." Nothing major! Carma aka tandemonimom
