I am still not ofey with these as I don't have MS Excel but am managing to convert.

But hey I'm getting there.  After four years of trying I am still a "Newbie"

Anyone else who is battling a bit with Keywords should study these avidly.

You can get a 140MB download version of 8 for Star Office from the www.staroffice.com site. Its an office suite similar to Microsoft Office with various document, spreadsheet, database and presentation programs and you can save spreadsheets to have them compatible with Excel. Best, is that version 8 of Star Office is free.

I use Open Office, which is a great program and meets all my needs.
