Even without us being aware of this fact, our ancestors brilliantly used organic farming to the advantage of sustaining environment and the ecology saving our precious resources by doing things naturally and using recycling. Residential Gardening

This is the most popular and convenient of all gardening techniques. If you are a novice and not yet seasoned, this is for you. You may not be inclined regularly to produce vegetables for industrial reasons and business, in that case; residential gardening organically is the theme for you.

The main purpose of planting vegetable garden is to provide a steady supply of fresh herbs and vegetables for your own family and at the same time, impart an aesthetic visual appearance to your backyard. Growing your own home garden organically means a good supply of herbs and vegetables that are free from pesticides and chemical toxins.

Start a Home Garden

If you are devoid of space, you will be glad to know that residential gardening does not demand too much of space. The blooms and saplings can also be cultivated indoors, at window sills, small balconies and even small patio and staircases.

The primary condition for growing is an adequate sunlight, convenience of monitoring and ease of maintenance and freedom from pests. The good thing about residential gardening is the comfort with which it ushers the gardening wannabe from having no knowledge of planting to becoming an expert in gardening styles, whichever factors he wants to master as a budding gardener.

Specialized Gardening in Urban Space

Specialized gardening as such involves green areas that are clearly marked for growing parks, botanical gardens, tourist gardens and amusement parks. They are known for their green quality high standards and generally follow specifications which may or may not adhere to organic farming certification.

Big parks, green space for people and tourist attractions fall under this category. Often maintenance staff is required to maintain due to its size and hence business skills along with effective administration on top of gardening expertise are a must.

Sometimes, they are designed for generating revenues for groups and organizations. In any case, both the specialized and commercial gardens benefit from using organic methods of harvesting and composting.
