Beth, This is a very good question. Zumba is not hard to learn there is a step by step video that slowly teaches you all the moves, steps and combinations. This work out alone is a great work out but truly easy for beginners to learn the moves and slowly prepare for the more intense work out. I'll have to write an article on this topic and expand on what it's like to learn Zumba the right way. Thanks for such a great question. :)K

That's the biggest reason so many give up on a new workout, they feel they should get it straight a way when nobody does. Take your time and advance only at a pace natural to you.You might consider checking a Zumba video out at your public library to see if you like it.

2uesday, It's not as hard as most people, it's much easier than jazzercise of the past. It's dancing, simply dance as best you can with the group and in time you fall in place with everyone. We all know dancing burns calories like crazy. Zumba gives you a slim fit dancers body and stimulates a health happy brain. :)
