Linda, Yes I do happen to know how to make mung bean detox soup. It's a great Indian recipe I've used for years. I've been hearing a lot about how Dr. Oz highlighted it on one of his shows and advised people could eat it and only it for three days to detox, this would work great. mikescoolstuff, You're so right detoxing aids in weight loss because it cleanse your intestines removing all that built up gunk plus allows your body to properly absorb the proper nutrients in your food putting an end to cravings and over eating. Great to have you thanks for commenting.
